Fujino Line(formerly Fujino Nylon) is the manufacturer specialized in fishing line since its foundation in 1957, when nylon fishing line industry was still in its early stage in Japan. We manufacture a wide variety of shaped line products ranging from extra fine lines, tapered lines, to braided lines. We also deal in not only our own brand products but also domestic and overseas OEM products. Recently, some other pieces of fishing tackle have been improved by the developments of fishing lines. This shows that fishing lines play big roles nowadays. Fishing lines change the way you fish. Some fishing lines enable you to have a strike bite you have never had and land a fish you have never been able to hook. Fishing lines exist as one of the most important pieces of fishing tackle, which deepen the relationship between anglers and fish. We are particular about their existence, and believe that pursuing the development of fishing lines while specialized in them is of great value. Our technology concept is “Deliver the most advanced fishing technology to more anglers”. We continue to make our best efforts to manufacture creative and detailed products based on the concept.

As this is the method where the thickness is measured at a pin point by hand, a variation in measurement is shown depending on the grip strengths. Different thicknesses are shown depending on the measurers although they measure the thickness of the same line. We are very careful when we measure the thicknesses of super thin lines because the sizes change due micro level errors.
We use the inspection method where there is no variation in measurement by measurers, continuously measuring the thicknesses of sufficiently long lines linearly with the laser sensor.
